Winemaking- The grapes were cold soaked for 4 days and then fermented at cool temperatures. The wine was moved to barrels when the fermentation reached 3º brix. The wine finished primary fermentation in the barrel.
Barrel Program - The Kemp Vineyard Syrah was aged for in 16 months in French Oak.
